4. Kitchen Floor

Most of the 1st level has floor issues but the kitchen is probably the most in need. the tiles are chipping up and break all over the place. This and wall socket are probably the only necessary repairs in the kitchen.

3. Upstairs Bathroom

The upstairs really needs the make over. The ceiling hasn't been right in years but the walls, sink, toilet, floor and medicine cabinet.

2. Downstairs Bathroom.

Down here a remodel would be ideal but to clean it up may just require a fresh coat of paint, and the replacement the sink, medicine cabinet, side storage shelf, also the TP holder has been broken and glued three times since I moved in it should be replaced.

1. Outside

Here are few pic's of what is going on outside and item's we may want to address.

The boats and truck are fine where they are but I want to show paint a picture about what is going on around the house. Also in back there is some more stuff that needs to be cleared out of the back part of the house a dumpster may be a good idea when we take care of the garage. Also the bridge on the far right side of the lawn that crosses the creek should either be repaired or taken down right now it is just a hazard.

A few of the window's need some caulk around the outside i think, also.

Obviously the roof is in need of being replaced, at this point no leaks have been noticed but its break off pretty rapidly every time it rains small pieces of the roof fall on the back patio.
